Meet Bailey Xuereb!
Bailey is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner who graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO). Her studies included principle based Classical Osteopathy, with a focus on anatomy, physiology, and collective mechanics.
Bailey is passionate about uncovering the root causes of her clients’ concerns, rather than treating symptoms in isolation. She looks at the whole body to understand why it has compensated in a certain way, and how that pattern may be contributing to pain elsewhere — offering thoughtful, patient-centred care tailored to each individual. This approach can support a wide range of concerns, including chronic or acute pain (neck or back), headaches, frozen shoulder, digestive issues, TMJ, postural concerns, dizziness, and skin rashes, among many others.
Before pursuing osteopathy, Bailey spent 10 years as a personal trainer, giving her a strong foundation in movement, strength, and body mechanics that she now brings into her manual practice. This fall, she will be returning to the CAO as a teaching intern, supporting the next generation of Manual Osteopathy students.
Bailey looks forward to working with you to understand your body and support you on your path to feeling your best.
